Show Highlights
Spend a wonderful day browsing and buying antiques and folk art. Highlights of the Show include:
- Over 50 antiques dealers from across the US will be selling their antiques from the 1600s to 1942.
- Pinky's Grill, an all-volunteer effort with proceeds going to the Museum, will once again offer their fabulous Spring foods for sale during the show. This year's menu: Grilled sirloin burgers & cheeseburgers with lettuce - tomato - onion, grilled all beef hot dogs, chips, homemade pickles, fresh tossed salad, homemade tomato and basil fusilli pasta salad, big oatmeal raisin cookies, home baked apricot bars (which Los Altos is famous for its apricots), strawberry shortcake with whip cream, orchard apples and soft drinks & bottled water. Plus coffee - that will be free to customers waiting in line before the show opens. If its hot, they may sell Dixie Cup ice cream and fudge sickles.
The Los Altos History Museum has sponsored the show since it's inception and the Show remains an important fundraiser for the Museum. The relaxed atmosphere of old friends enjoying a day of browsing and discussing their common interests in early American, country antiques and treasures from California's golden past makes this a "must" event for antique lovers from the San Francisco Bay Area and all over the West Coast and United States.
The Hillview Community Center in Los Altos is conveniently located 20 minutes from both San Francisco International Airport and San Jose International Airport.
We hope to see you at the California Country Antiques Show in Los Altos!
